By accessing and using DITMail ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

DITMail provides professional email hosting and collaboration services. The service includes email accounts, storage, security features, and related tools as described on our website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the service to: • Send spam or unsolicited bulk email • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Transmit malicious software or code • Harass, abuse, or harm others • Impersonate others or provide false information

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide advance notice when possible.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice.

While we maintain regular backups of our systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for data loss except in cases of gross negligence.

DITMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for data export.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
